The Havens

    The Havens was born out of a collective vision of providers in Cowlitz, WA, who united with the aim of simplifying the process of finding the perfect Adult Family Homes. Our mission is to create a seamless, transparent, and cost-effective experience for families seeking care solutions. We proudly represent a network of 12 distinct locations in the Longview and Kelso area, offering a total of 72 rooms tailored for seniors.

    Our unique approach eliminates the need for intermediaries, allowing providers and seekers to connect directly. This not only eases the placement process but also alleviates the financial burden on providers who would otherwise have to pay agents up to 100% or more of their first month’s income. By assisting providers in finding residents without the intervention of agents, we contribute to keeping the costs more affordable.
